Shortly after the recent Easy Dress pre-order, I realised that there is a second Large Check that is so well suited to this design: the Large New Check Linen I introduced last Autumn! So I have snuck in an Easy Dress pre-order Part 2 for both of the Large Checks. This pre-order closes at the end of Monday 16 September. Your dresses will ship by the end of the month latest. Pre-ordered Layercakes can always be returned or exchanged.

The Easy Dress does its name proud. Unlike many other Layercakes, it comes in just one length and two sizes. If you are familiar with the Step Top and the Gansey, then use your choice of size in those garments to inform you about the fit of the Easy Dress. If in doubt, consult the Fit Guide (just click the tab below these product details). In terms of length, the Easy Dress matches the Petite dress length (39.5in measured from the shoulder down to the bottom hem). That's knee-length if you are on the tall side, down to calf-length if you are of a shorter stature. Custom sizes
We do everything we can to be truly size-inclusive. We can highly individualise your Layercake, by adapting the standard fit and/or choosing a non-standard fabric/colour.

Linen Care & Washing Instructions
Every Layercake has washing labels sewn into them, usually in the left side-seam. All our linen is pre-shrunk, unless stated otherwise and can be machine-washed at 40º C and either line-dried or machine-dried. If you machine-dry them, take them out of the dryer as soon as it finishes and hang them up straightaway, then you will not have to iron them.
