Loyalty Programme
At The Slow Wardrobe I truly aim to do things differently, to set a new standard. That includes my loyalty programme.
To me, a scheme that takes years of multiple purchases to eventually generate a small discount or gift is nothing more than a clever ploy to hook you into believing you benefit from joining it, but never making the effort to find out exactly what those benefits amount to.
I aim to develop meaningful, longer-term relationships with my customers. So I do things differently. I offer new Newsletter subscribers a 10% discount on their first web-order. That offer is only valid for a couple of days: subscribe - browse - make a first purchase (however big or small!).
From then on, as a returning customer, you will be able to use a 10% discount code that is valid on every order of my own brands (Layercake, Soliloquy, Trinity Twist). I repeat the code in every Newsletter and it does not change.
All I ask is...
please apply the discount code at the time of placing your order. You enter it during check out and it will be applied automatically. If you qualify for a discount and the code does not work, please contact me before you purchase.
Please do not ask me to apply the code after you pay. I will not be able to do this.
