I could not believe my luck when Bev, aka BooKnits, responded enthusiastically when I approached her with the idea of this collaboration.
Bev is a keen Layercake customer, and she let her joy for Layercake inspire her to design a Lace Shawl. She then took the concept of the Synergy Top and extending it to the Step Top Bev designed panel inserts that are based on the same lace design.
This listing is for the pattern of the Shawl only, which is delivered to you as one large PDF file with knitting and blocking instructions.
The pattern includes an ALL LACE version (the pink shawl in the pictures) as well as a version with a stocking stitch panel and a wide lace edge (the black shawl). The instructions also include versions WITH and WITHOUT the addition of beads.
